End-Of-July Schedule Reminder

As you know, Dana is teaching several extra classes this month in addition to her regular class schedule. Here is a reminder for your calendar. Looking forward to seeing you at the studio or the pool!

First, subbing for the irreplaceable Charlotte Bell’s “Mindful Hatha Yoga” classes at Mindful Yoga Collective on:

▪ Wednesday evening, July 20, 5:30-7pm
▪ Wednesday evening, July 27, 5:30-7pm
Mindful Space

Second, Poolside Yoga at Northcrest Swim Club on the following dates (details below the schedule):

▪ Monday evening, July 18, 5:30-6:15pm
▪ Wednesday morning, July 20, 11:30am-12:15pm
▪ Monday, July 25: No class
▪ Wednesday morning, July 27, 11:30 am-12:15pm
▪ Monday morning, August 1, 11:30am-12:15pm
▪ Wednesday evening, August 3, 5:30-6:15pm
▪ Monday morning, August 22, 11:30am-12:15pm
▪ Wednesday evening, August 24, 5:30-6:15pm

About Poolside Yoga:

▪ Class is held on the pool deck; wear sun protection as needed. You may swim afterwards!
▪ Check dates & times each week; schedule is irregular!
▪ Bring yoga mat & beach towel, and strap and block if available
▪ Members: Free; Non-members: $5.00 (cash only)
▪ Located at 839 North Hilltop Rd., SLC
